Alisha Todd
Alisha Todd is Managing Partner of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Hackensack, where she helps business owners sell the companies they’ve built. She has been in the seller’s seat herself. With her husband and business partner, Erik, she co-founded an industrial services firm. They grew it to $5.25M in revenue within six months, won Fortune 50 clients, and later sold it. Alisha’s career has focused on building operations from scratch and running them under close scrutiny. She built a $100M, 26-state tax-lien portfolio-servicing operation and launched a HUD-compliant mortgage-servicing division. She has guided hundreds of real estate transactions from contract to close and is known for getting even the most challenging deals across the finish line. She has been a licensed real estate professional since 2016.
