Before joining SBB Capital Partners, Todd led regional M&A strategy for a $3B global Tier I OEM manufacturer and advised clients at Ducker and PwC on buy- and sell-side diligence totaling over $1B in transaction value. His expertise includes business transformation, integration planning, and operational value creation rooted in Toyota methodologies.

Todd has worked across multiple industries, including automotive, aerospace, technology, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing. He brings a hands-on, analytical approach to helping clients maximize enterprise value and execute successful transactions.
