Jim Kegelmeyer is an accomplished business leader with more than 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, business ownership, and Mergers & Acquisitions. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Jim has founded and grown multiple companies and now applies his entrepreneurial insight to help business owners navigate successful transactions.

He brings deep expertise in deal structuring, valuation, and strategic marketing—guiding clients through each stage of the M&A process with professionalism and clarity.

Jim and his wife reside in Westerville, Ohio. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, cycling, and supporting charitable causes such as Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and initiatives that empower aspiring entrepreneurs.
