Doreen Morgan
Doreen has been a Sell-side advisor on lower middle market mergers, acquisitions, and main street business sales for 20 years.
Proactive in strategic positioning with a solid track record as a skilled dealmaker, she has closed more than 300 transactions since 2005 and has represented business owners on the sale of their companies in a multitude of industries including B2B Services, Healthcare, Education, Automotive Aftermarket, Security, Construction, Light Manufacturing, Textile Distribution, Restaurant and Retail.
She owns Sunbelt Business Brokers of Atlanta and before acquiring the firm in 2015, Doreen worked with a large international investment bank. Early in her career, she worked for an internationally recognized franchise organization with a portfolio of five QSR food concepts.
Doreen lives in Roswell, GA with her husband and kids.
