Chris Baker

Chris Baker, FRICS, MAI, CCIM, CPM, leads ARC Appraisers LLC and Marcrum Management Company Inc. With over 25 years in real estate consulting, he holds broker and appraiser licenses in multiple states. Specializing in commercial investment real estate brokerage, Chris has managed over $250 million in transactions and provided expert consulting on over $100 billion in assets.

His companies excel in valuation, mortgage lending compliance, and property management, focusing on lender compliance and managing 1,500 housing units. Chris founded a Coldwell Banker real estate franchise in the early 2000s and exited the successful startup two years later with over 100 agents.

He has served six years as chairman of the Real Estate Appraisers Licensing Board and on community banks’ boards and credit and loan committees. Chris is active in the Rotary International Club of Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and is vice president of the NGO Accion Puerto Rico, Inc.
